Maternity / Adoption / Shared Parental Leave
Where a learner will be taking a period of adoption/maternity/paternity/shared parental leave, and has minimal training or OTJ left to complete their apprenticeship (i.e. less than the available number of KIT / SPLIT days they are entitled to) support can be provided under the Funding rules for the learner to utilise the KIT / SPLIT days to complete the apprenticeship and EPA activity. Please contact your Capella Trainer or Programme Manager in the first instance in order that we can discuss this with you.
